NOT YOUR INFLATABLES 2024 NOT YOUR INFLATABLES 2024 Porcelain, Repurposed Window Glass, Silver Do you see yourself when you look in the mirror, or do you see the reflection of societal norms, gendered expectations, and boundaries others have crossed?  NOT YOUR INFLATABLES is a series of mirrors inviting to reinterpret perceptions of oneself trough a new perspective presenting a raw and vulnerable version of yourself. As mirrors hold the power to change our perspective and reveal parts of ourselves that society, experiences, or broken boundaries have suppressed.

ENTRY 2024 ENTRY 2024 Porcelain, Repurposed Window Glass, Silver ENTRY is a series of home objects made from ceramic and glass. The objects feature concave pockets and a convex mirror, and the design draws inspiration from the spaces in our clothing where we carry unidentified items throughout the day. It encourages us to embrace the idea of holding less while recognizing that these fragments of our daily lives deserve a designated home. When encountering these objects, they become the last things you interact with before leaving your safe space and the first upon returning, creating a ritual of self-connection.
